This section includes other random beginner routines, tricks and sequences that are more dance based. They are arranged by style and each style has a little description. I would recommend you wait until you have finished the core syllabus to try these.
And remember - beginner doesn’t mean easy. These are the foundational skills that make a good pole dancer and are suitable and useful for all levels.
Beginners Dance and Low Flow
Classique Pole
Cup Grip Pirouette → Standing Spready | Addendum (making it bendier!)
Hard Style Pole
Longer Sequence: Kick → Pirouette → Squat → Kick
Sequence building on the one above: Leg Swing Over → Slinky Russian Stand Up
Longer Sequence: Step Around → Pirouette → Squat → Roll → Fan → Floor Cup Pirouette → Lunge → Squat → Roll Up
Longer Sequence: Step Around → Dip Pirouette → Clack → Roll
Longer Sequence: Reverse Grab/Leap → Roll → Walk → Roll
