Higher Intermediate

I consider a student higher intermediate once they have a lot of their foundational invert skills and are starting to work on Shoulder Mounts, Ayesha, putting things together and more challenging skills. There is no specific recommended order to tackle these tricks and sequences because at this point in your journey you'll be starting to understand your own strengths and weaknesses. Your training must become more specific to you.

If you're struggling with anything you can always reach out, but dip in and out as you feel appropriate. I have put it in a very loose order of difficulty and by type of skill but...again it depends on your skillset. Some tricks will require more flexibility whilst other tricks require more strength, some rely on arms only and some on legs.
